AI automation services, done for you.

Be an AI first mover, or compete with one.

Most owners are not short on work, they are short on hours, quietly losing jobs to missed calls, admin and follow-ups that never happen. We find exactly where your time and money leak, then automate the process on the tools you already run, so more of what you spend winning work turns into paid jobs.

01

Abandoned cart recovery

Around 70% of online carts are abandoned before checkout, per a Baymard Institute meta-analysis of 50 studies. Most of that is recoverable friction, not disinterest. We build the email and SMS sequences that bring those shoppers back on their own, timed off your store data.

02

AI reception that knows your catalogue

The phone rings while you are packing orders, so it goes unanswered and the caller buys somewhere else. An AI voice agent answers every call, looks up your live catalogue mid-conversation, quotes the right product and captures the enquiry. See how we built one.

03

Post-purchase and delivery follow-up

The order ships and the customer hears nothing until they chase you for it. Confirmations, tracking updates and a timed follow-up sequence go out automatically once an order is fulfilled, which cuts the "where is my order" emails and sets up the next purchase.

04

Win back customers who already bought

Lifting retention by 5% increases profit by 25% to 95% (Reichheld, Bain & Company). Your dormant list is the cheapest revenue in the business. We reactivate it in staged, compliant batches that protect your sender reputation rather than torching it in one blast.

05

Automated review requests

A product with five reviews is 270% more likely to be bought than the same product with none (Northwestern University, Spiegel Research Center). Delivered orders turn into review requests on their own, with unhappy customers routed to you privately first.

06

Stop retyping order data

Orders, tracking numbers and invoices get keyed by hand between your store, your accounting system and your courier. We connect them so the data moves itself. This one is not sold on a statistic: it is hours a day multiplied by what an hour costs you, and that arithmetic is usually decisive on its own.

The 30-Minute Ecommerce AI Audit

See where your revenue is leaking.

Thirty minutes with both founders. We look at your store, your order flow and your customer list, work out where revenue and hours are leaking, and tell you what to build first and what it is worth.

  • A 30-minute call with both founders, not a sales rep.
  • A written "top 3 to build first", with the revenue or hours each is worth.
  • The roadmap is yours to keep, whether we work together or not.
Our guarantee. Give us 30 minutes. If you don't walk away with at least 3 specific ways to recover revenue or save hours a week, we build your first automation free.

We take a limited number of audits each month so both founders can be on every call.

Two co-founders who scope, build, and
support every project personally, no
account managers, no handoffs.

01
We scope it
We look at your store platform, your order flow and what happens after someone buys, then work out which gap is costing you the most and is quickest to close.
02
We build it
The same people who scoped it build it, on Shopify, WooCommerce or whatever you already run. No replatforming, no asking your team to learn a new system mid-season.
03
We support it
You won't get handed off to a support team that has never seen your store. The people who built it are the ones you call when a sequence needs tuning or you add a product line.

Questions NZ store owners
ask us most.

What are the best AI tools for an ecommerce store?

For most small and mid-sized stores the highest-return ones are abandoned cart recovery, AI phone reception that can read your live catalogue, automated post-purchase and delivery follow-up, reactivating customers who bought once and never came back, automated review requests, and connecting your store to your accounting system so order data stops being retyped. The right first project depends on where your particular store leaks the most, which is what the audit works out.

Does this work with Shopify and WooCommerce?

Yes. Both expose their orders, products and customers through an API, which is what these automations read from and write back to. We also work with other carts and with stores running a custom build. The important thing is that we build alongside your platform rather than replacing it, so nothing about how your team packs and ships orders has to change.

How much of ecommerce AI is just chatbots?

Very little of what pays, in our experience. A chatbot on the website is the most visible option and usually not the most valuable one, because it deflects questions rather than recovering revenue. The automations that tend to earn their keep are the ones that run when nobody is watching: a cart sequence at 9pm, a review request the day after delivery, a follow-up to a customer who last ordered fourteen months ago.

Will it change how my store or checkout works?

No. Everything sits alongside your existing store. Your product data, checkout and fulfilment stay exactly as they are, and the automations read from and write to them. That matters in retail because the worst possible time to discover a platform migration issue is during a sale or the Christmas run-up.

What does ecommerce AI cost in New Zealand?

It is scoped per store rather than sold off a rate card, because a 200-product store doing a handful of orders a day and a multi-brand retailer with two decades of customer history are different builds. Most projects are a one-off setup plus a small monthly fee covering maintenance and running costs. We only recommend a build where the revenue it recovers or the hours it saves clearly outweigh what it costs to run.

How long until it is live?

Most builds go live within one to three weeks of go-ahead, depending on how your store data is structured and how many systems need connecting. Cart recovery and review requests are usually the fastest to switch on. A staged customer reactivation takes longer by design, because sending to a large dormant list too quickly damages your sender reputation and is very hard to undo.

Are the statistics on this page reliable?

The ones we cite link to their primary source: cart abandonment from Baymard Institute's meta-analysis of 50 studies, the review conversion figure from Northwestern University's Spiegel Research Center, and the retention finding from Reichheld at Bain. A lot of commonly-quoted ecommerce statistics do not survive checking, so where good independent research does not exist we argue the case on arithmetic and our own client results instead of borrowing a number.
