Who we are
Fiord AI builds AI automation, AI agents and voice AI for businesses in New Zealand and Australia. We're based in Auckland, New Zealand. If you have any questions about this policy or your information, email us at hello@fiord.ai.
What we collect
We only collect what you give us and what's needed to run this website:
- Information you send us — when you fill in a form (like the free AI audit form or our contact form) we collect your name, phone number, email address, industry, and your answers to any questions in the form. Same goes for anything you send us by email or tell us on a call.
- Newsletter sign-up — your email address, if you choose to subscribe.
- Technical basics — our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare for your audit call.
- To scope, deliver and support the services you engage us for.
- To send you our newsletter — only if you signed up, and you can unsubscribe any time.
We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that make this website work:
- FormSubmit — relays website form submissions to our inbox.
- Vercel — hosts this website and keeps standard server logs.
- Our email and business tools — where your enquiry lives once it reaches us.
We never sell or rent your details to anyone.
Cookies and embedded content
We don't set tracking cookies of our own. If you play an embedded YouTube video on our site, YouTube may set its own cookies — that's governed by Google's privacy policy.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe, and we keep it only as long as we need it to do the things above — after that, it's deleted.
Your rights
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you can ask us at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Just email hello@fiord.ai and we'll sort it out.
If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version on this page with a new date at the top.
