Which service should I start with?
Usually whichever one removes a job you already dread, because that is the one you will actually keep using. In practice most businesses start with either answering the phone properly or killing a recurring admin job that eats hours a week. The free audit exists to work that out with your numbers rather than guessing.
Do you only work with New Zealand businesses?
We are two New Zealanders and our clients are almost entirely New Zealand businesses, which is deliberate: we understand how they run, which tools they use and what compliance looks like here. We are not currently marketing outside New Zealand.
Do I need to replace my existing systems?
No, and we will usually talk you out of it. We build alongside what you already run, whether that is Xero, Fergus, Shopify, WooCommerce or a spreadsheet. Rip-and-replace projects are slow, expensive and the main reason small business automation fails.
What does it cost?
Every build is scoped to the job rather than sold off a rate card. Most projects are a one-off setup plus a small monthly fee covering maintenance and running costs. We only recommend a build where the time or revenue it recovers clearly outweighs what it costs to run, and we say so when it does not.
How long until something is live?
Most builds go live within one to three weeks of go-ahead, depending on complexity and how many systems need connecting. You deal with the two people doing the work the whole way through, so decisions get made in days rather than quarters.
